Leveraging 15 years of marketing expertise in both digital marketing and employer branding, my expertise lies in the capacities of "HR Marketing" (creative strategy to developing talent attraction/engagement programs), to recruitment marketing (education and campaign execution), to identifying solutions to improve the candidate experience. I draw upon my diverse experience base to include previous employer branding roles such as a Regional Recruitment Marketing Manager at Amazon (leading robust recruitment marketing campaigns) to a variety of high-profile Talent Attraction corporate roles throughout my career.
